  • LEGAL NOTICE, published in the Intelligencer Journal/Lancaster New Era, March 2, 2013: “Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania will consider for passage on Monday, March 11, 2013 at  7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 308 Locust Street, Columbia, Pennsylvania an ordinance titled and summarized as: an Ordinance of the Borough of Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania amending Sections 207-17 and 207-20 of the Code of the Borough of Columbia regulating Parking in meter zones within the Borough during  specified hours; to prohibit parking on designated streets; and to restrict parking in  designated municipal lots; amending Section 207-48 of the Code to make certain streets around the Columbia Borough Municipal Building one way; amending Section 207-87 of the Code to waive handicap parking fees for severely disabled veterans; providing for the repeal of inconsistent ordinances; providing for the severability of the ordinance; and for providing that the ordinance shall take effect as provided by Pennsylvania law.
