We’re confounded! We happened across the trash strewn by a receptacle in the Locust Street park; a trash bag atop another, countless cigarette butts and a discarded designer bottle carelessly tossed.

What’s with the folks who care so little? Why trash the park’s charm and beauty? There were other receptacles available around the park.
