Chatted with a guy we met at the River Park yesterday; he wondered “How long it would take to complete the trail building.” We countered that a friend said some weeks ago that CVS would have had three built by now. Maybe CVS’s builders should have got the contract to put this puppy up.

Ok I get it “journalistic reporting”
But why the negativity?, you point out some minor ares that need to be improved upon.
Why not report on all the progress being made and the many benefits that the River Park has to offer. Keep your focus on the big picture and report the positive.
I’ll second that ! – there’s no end to negative publicity – just put it between the lines of a positive stories and you message will still get out
