  1. Its nice that Union Station patronizes the town, but there’s no answers in there for the future of Cola.
    Unfortunately the taxes that the Cola citizens are paying is not enough to keep the towns operations as they are going

  2. Why not give a 50% tax break for one year only for anyone that converts a first floor apartment to a first floor business and also puts a deed restriction against ever converting back to an apartment ?
