No picnic tables at York’s Central Market? Where would one put them – on Beaver Street? – on Philadelphia Street? They do have tables and chairs on the Beaver Street sidewalk outside the market. Here’s a thought: the York City Council probably would want to put meters on picnic tables. 😉
