  1. With the way Columbia is at the present, are minor traffic violations considered a job well done?
    Can we see drug arrest, disorderly conduct, trespassing, dog violations, loitering,,,,,,, just saying. Prioritize to move the quality of living in Historic? Columbia!!’ They seem to have it in our neighboring Rivertowns. Mmmm CHANGE

  2. Was anyone in this town EVER given a fine for littering ? Does anyone think that we have a littering problem ? Have you seen the back alleys ?? A few fines is all that it would take to let the community know that it does matter. At this point, it doesn’t matter because NO ONE CARES !
