At 5:30pm the public will be warmed up by the melodic voices of “Sweet Life”. Matt & Carol are married best-friends entertaining and touching lives with a guitar and two voices for 25 years. Since the late 1980’s, their music has carried audiences through laughter and tears, telling stories and moving them closer to the ones they love. Carol’s voice calls the listener back to the days of Karen Carpenter and Patsy Cline, while Matt’s guitar provides a musical foundation built on layers of country, folk, and jazz. Smooth, sparkling harmonies mix with powerful emotion to breathe new life into modern hits, traditional standards, hymns, and their own heart-warming songs celebrating real life and real love.
The final hour of musical entertainment will be from “Vinegar Creek Constituency”. Join us at 6:30pm as Leo DeSanto treat the community with harmonious tunes to close out a perfect ending of the night. The musicians of Vinegar Creek Constituency come from diverse musical backgrounds that range from formal Classical performance to experimental garage Rock to traditional Old Time Appalachian string band music to Gypsy Jazz. Consequently, the band’s sound encompasses elements of many styles, including super-charged bluegrass, early Sun Records-era rock n’ roll, swing, vaudeville, outlaw country, and ragtime.
In the meantime; the community can enjoy the opportunity to freely walk along the street and the park to look over various artisans’ inspiration, while catching something to eat at our Vendor Food Trucks. The vendor food trucks include the following: Bountiful Feast, Crave Catering Company, Smoothie King, Sugar Whipped Bakery, and Rt. 30 Seafood.
