Columbia seeking a borough manager; ads running locally

class adThe above ad is in today’s LNP – Always Lancaster. Here’s another posted ad at GlassDoor.

And on the borough Website.

And the former borough manager is now situated in California, Pennsylvania – a town of nearly 6,600 in the western part of the state.

He lists his accomplishments while in Columbia as:

“Additionally, he was involved in the consolidation of three fire departments into a single one.

“In 2014, Columbia was recognized by “Smithsonian Magazine” as the 13th best small town to visit in the US. It was also named in 2015 as the No. 1 Small Town in Pennsylvania.

“Sulkosky said his greatest accomplishment in his most recent position was supervision of four major construction projects valued at $25 million. One of those projects was the relocation of Route 441 in Lancaster County, making it more pedestrian safe.

“Another of those projects was having 1930s lantern-style lights installed on the Veterans Bridge, which spans over the Susquehanna River.

“‘Having four major projects going on at same time – I’m very proud of that,’ Sulkosky said.”

  1. WOW!!!! I hope Claire Storm reads this site. I CAN’T believe Sam had the nerve to take any credit for the 441 relocation OR the new lights on the 462 bridge, as THAT was 99% Claire! Regardless, both projects were already in place before Sam ever arrived here. He is a trashy, unethical, ill-moraled, scrupleless, disgrace of a human being!!!
