The December borough council meeting convened at 7:02 pm in the borough’s council chambers as all the councillors, the mayor, borough manager, public works director, borough finance officer and the solicitor were in attendance. Fewer than eight persons also attended.

NOTE: An additional agenda item was added, item II., 11. b. The council approved a special $5,000 bonus for acting borough manager Ron Miller to acknowledge his performance in the dual role of interim borough manager / public works director. The bonus in some way recognized the savings accrued to the municipality for Miller’s dual-role performance.
