time to start to train for the Senior Games

If you’re at least 55 years old, you are invited to compete in the 2016 Lancaster Senior Games.

There are competitions in golf, swimming, track and field events, weight lifting, bowling, football throwing, golf, pickleball, shuffleboard and many more areas.

Get your game face on and begin your training regimen to compete in May.
