Lancaster Township | $1.69 million, or $99 per resident in 2018; $1.73 million, or $102 per resident in 2019.*

Columbia | $3.18 million, or $306 per resident in 2018; $3.25 million, or $312 per resident in 2019.**

  1. Does the $308 per resident in Manhiem Township reflect the income from other townships or take into account the number of residents of those boroughs? If not, it really makes Columbia’s figures stand out.
