- POLICE LOG: MOUNT JOY: Nelson O. Donis, 19, last-known address in the first block of Kline Road, Marietta, was charged with disorderly conduct, institutional vandalism and public drunkenness after a disturbance early Sunday at North Barbara Street and North Alley. Police said Donis was screaming and did not stop when confronted by police. He kicked the rear window of a patrol car, damaging the window and frame. LANCASTER: Maharris Gonzalez-Silva, 29, of Mountville, was charged Sept. 4 by city police and Lancaster County Drug Task Force detectives with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police investigating a citizen complaint of drug dealing stopped Gonzalez-Silva’s vehicle in the 800 block of East Chestnut Street and observed drugs in the car. Officials recovered $12,000 worth of drugs during the investigation.
