  • BHI Properties continues its “buy Columbia” spree (the Mifflintown, PA-based business now owns 31 properties) in Columbia. “Citifinancial Inc and Olympus Asset Management Inc. conveyed 443 Cherry Street to BHI Properties, LLC for $27,100.” The current assessed value is $56,200; good buy!
