  • Clock ticking on shots rule: “In Columbia, nearly a quarter of all students — a total of 347 — lack documentation that they’ve been immunized.” – My ColumbiaNews
  • “In (District III wrestling championships at Hershey) Class AA, four county wrestlers advanced to the semifinals Friday while another 10 remain alive in the medal hunt. (Pequea Valley’s Drew) Jackson booked his trip with a 5-4 decision over Columbia’s Jordon Halter. Halter (36-7), who stopped Trevor Myers of James Buchanan, 7-4 in the preliminary, escaped early in the third and got within striking distance with a pair of stalling points, but no closer than the 5-4 final. He did, however, remain alive after pinning Tyler Kauffman of Boiling Springs in the first round of consolations. Remaining alive in the consolations, in addition to Halter is … Nate Warner (152).” – Lancaster Intelligencer Journal/New Era
