  • A 100-foot fall from an overlook at Chickies Rock County Park seriously injured a 22-year-old Lancaster man Tuesday night, according to police. The hiker, Austin Lewis, and three friends were walking along a path when he lost his footing and fell to the base of the rock, West Hempfield Township Sgt.   • “The Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency, in cooperation with the National Weather Service, will host a Sky Warn Spotter Training session on Thursday, April 12. The two-hour program, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center, 1010 Champ Blvd., will teach emergency responders and the public how to identify severe weather.
