- “The now open RRTA garage at North Queen and East Chestnut streets will provide needed parking to commuters who ride Amtrak trains from the Lancaster station; RRTA is offering shuttle service between the garage and the station a mile away.” – Lancaster Intelligencer Journal/New Era
- “The Marietta Pioneer Fire Company will host the 92nd annual Lancaster County Fireman’s Convention Friday and Saturday in the borough. The convention opens Friday with a Memorial Service to honor deceased firefighters. The service will begin at 7 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 239 E. Market St. The convention will continue Saturday with the annual meeting of Lancaster County Fireman’s Association delegates at 9 a.m. at the Pioneer Fire Co., 200 N.
