Casper, we submit our observations are far more “bi-partisan” than “partisan” in context. Maybe, it’s because of the increased “dysfunctionality” in both corners that makes it look that way. Seemingly, one may appear less “wacko” than the other on separate issues.
We are registered: “Independent.”
No party leaders tell us how to vote. But … we do vote.
