Actually, I live here and I was looking for a back road! People sitting bumper to bumper on Cedar and Second streets seemed to remain calm for the most part, which was refreshing.
Yep … the enviable position of having two of the three bridges crossing The River – right here – is a blessing, too. Think of how many people get a change to see the town … folks who may mostly by-pass Columbia.
