The most recent council committee minutes posting [Public Works committee minutes-12-19-17 ] shows:

1. Street Cleaning: Because low temperatures cause wear and tear on machine parts, the street sweeper will discontinue its regular cleaning schedule, effective immediately.   During this time, there will be no citations for parking on streets where maintenance signs are posted.

Only two of the council committees have posted December meeting minutes.
