How long was that red light? Sounds like she saw quite a bit of action.
Teacher response, “ignoring” the alleged witnessed incident, is disturbing.
The teacher is, or should be, afraid to physically intervene least they be on Facebook that afternoon. On another level, I suspect teachers don’t want to escalate it to a reportable incident and all the red tape involved in that. Most likely a repeat offender that no one knows how to control.
