Unclear article | An article in a local daily “hold it in your hands” newspaper, the lead paragraph states: “The Lancaster County commissioners voted Wednesday to grant Keystone Opportunity Zone designation to 23 parcels in Columbia.” The confusing article goes on to state, but not identify the title nor the first name: “Denlinger said the borough hopes a KOZ designation helps attract developers.”
