Voting irregularities? | There’ve been reports of “voting irregularities” and flat-out violations of polling place actions at a few of Columbia’s voting sites. Same place same results | The above notice at the borough Website shows yet another Columbia 2040 Comprehensive Plan Community Meeting at the Library (the third one according to our count). While the Library is a nice facility, we wonder why the Columbia 2040 Comprehensive Plan Community Meeting team doesn’t take the message to other parts of town.

Congratulations to the winners and also to the citizens of Columbia. Also, a big thank you to the candidates who didn’t advance; thanks for your efforts and willingness to serve. This includes the incumbents; I don’t know anyone who has suggested you have acted selfishly or for your own personal gain, so be proud of your service and, please continue show your Columbia pride by working towards an orderly transition.
