Dependability! | You can find lists the weekly food inspections for Lancaster County’s food serving establishments at Lancaster Online‘s Website and you can find all the restaurants across the state at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Website. Beginning on January 1, 2020, Columbia’s food-serving establishments will be posted there too; The Borough recently began posting its own conducted surveys at the Borough Website at the end of each month.

Newsletter ever again? | Back in May of 2018, this item was on the Council Meeting Agenda: “Consider approval to contract Infantree, Inc. for the development and presentation of four (4) quarterly newsletter (sic) beginning June 2018 at a cost of $14,400.” Will citizens ever again see a newsletter?

What Citizens want | Citizens are the Customers of government. All Customers must expect transparency, consistency, competence & civility, clear communication and extraordinary Customer Service in any exchange involving a buyer and a seller of goods, information or services. And that defines the any governmental transaction experience, as well.
