Cruelty to Animals / Dog Law Violation Arrest | 11:00 a.m, Thursday, August 8, 2019, 880 Plaza Boulevard – TJ Maxx (MT) – Carrie Mary Quiles, F/52, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she left her dog unattended inside a parked vehicle which was not running for almost thirty (30) minutes.  The air temperature was 82 0F and the windows were only slightly ajar.  Contact was made with Quiles and the dog was released from the car.  During the course of this investigation it was determined that Quiles never registered her dog with the County Treasurer.  Two (2) citations were filed. – Manheim Township’s daily police log
