  • POLICE LOG: “WEST HEMPFIELD TWP: State police investigated a collision that happened at 3:12 p.m. Thursday at Prospect and Quarry roads. One of the drivers, Patricia E. Lawrence, 47, Columbia, suffered a moderate injury, police said. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were not identified. –  The following were cited in February by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement: Hall’s Cafe, 834 N. Plum St., for possession of gambling devices; Harrington Bar & Grill, 410 Locust St., Columbia, and Rock Hill Tavern, 1684 Long Lane, Millersville, for issuing checks for malt or brewed beverages with insufficient funds; Kelsey’s Pub, 14 N. Broad St., for insufficient lighting; and Union Barrel Works, 6 N.
