The “Partners in Thyme ” Herb Club of Southern York County and Northern Baltimore will have their meeting at the Glenview Alliance Church, 10037 Susquehanna Trail, Glen Rock, Pa 17327 on Friday, March the 4th 2016 at 10:30 AM.
 
The program this month will be conducted by Elisabeth Weaver who is a teacher of herbs and one of the founders of the Lancaster Farmacy which is a 5 acre farm certified organic medicinal herb, flower and produce farm. The farm is a member farm of Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative. They have been conducting workshops and community programs since 2009.
 
Elisabeth Weaver will speak about Spring Cleanse Herbs as we prepare for spring. This program covers the herbs chickweed, burdock, nettles and violet. Our meeting will begin at 10:30 AM followed by a short club meeting and our wonderful desserts, tea, and coffee to accompany the member’s brown bag lunch.
 
The club meets monthly from September through June with “Quality Thyme” trips and other outside events.
